By signing up to the CampusCup campaign (the “Campaign“) provided by OrganiCup ApS, or our subsidiaries or affiliates (herein referred to as “AllMatters,” “we,” “us” or “our”) you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions as well as our regular Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy available at www.allmatters.com (the “terms“), which are incorporated by reference and each of which may be updated from time to time without notice to you.

Our decision on all matters relating to the Campaign is final and no correspondence will be entered into. We reserve the right to change the Terms or suspend, change or discontinue the Campaign at any time.

General

AllMatters wants to promote sustainable period solutions on US campuses (the “Campuses“) and are therefore donating free AllMatters menstrual cups (the “Product“) to students enrolled in the university (the “Entrants“) via the Campaign. To avoid unnecessary waste, some Entrants may receive packaging showing our previous name, OrganiCup, until stock is depleted. In exchange for the Product the Entrants agree to subscribe to promotional emails from AllMatters, which can at any time be unsubscribed by the Entrant.

The Campaign is free to enter and no purchase is necessary.
 

Entry, eligibility and rights

Only students with a valid student email address are eligible to enter. Entries are only applicable via the official online entry form provided by AllMatters.

Entries must be received within the timeframes communicated by AllMatters.

All personal details and/or information given either in the entry process or otherwise must be truthful, accurate and in no way misleading. AllMatters reserves the right to disqualify Entrants if they have supplied untruthful, inaccurate or misleading personal details and/or information.

Only a limited amount of Products are available, and the Campaign is therefore subject to availability whilst stocks last.

Only one Product per Entrant. Bulk entries from trade, consumer groups or third parties will not be valid. Multiple entries made by the same person will not be valid.

The Entrants must pick up the Products personally by showing the sign up confirmation email. It is not possible to have someone else pick up a Product on the Entrants behalf.

The Entrants and Campuses must not resell the Products in any way.

In entering the Campaign, all Entrants agree to participate in any associated promotional activity, which may include voice, image and name for publicity purposes (in any media, print or online, including any websites, social media sites or third party retailer websites) and in advertising, marketing or promotional material free of charge without additional compensation or prior notice.

Personal information that Entrants share with AllMatters (including name, address, email, social media profile, or other data) will be kept secure and only used in line with AllMatters’ Privacy Policy and these Terms. By entering the Campaign, Entrants acknowledge that their information may be used by AllMatters to contact Entrant for their view on the Product, the Campaign and/or promotional purposes.

AllMatters retains ownership of any non-donated products that the Campuses might have in surplus after the Campaign entrant deadlines.

AllMatters retains the right to approve any communication from the Campuses to the students regarding the Campaign.

Liabilities

AllMatters shall not be liable for any direct or consequential damages or losses suffered or incurred by any party as a result of the use of the Product or the Campaign.

The Entrants and Campuses understand and agree that any Products received from AllMatters will be received in an “as-is” condition and that AllMatters makes no warranty, covenant or representation, expressed or implied, regarding the Products, including without limitation, their design or condition or fitness for any particular purpose.

The Entrants and Campuses agrees to indemnify and hold harmless AllMatters, its affiliates, and each of its respective officers, directors, employees, agents, counsels, successors, and assigns from and against any loss, cost, damage, expense, or liabilities (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) incurred in connection with any and all claims, including third party claims, that result from or relate to AllMatters’ negligence or wilful misconduct, or the manufacturing of the Products.

Any question concerning the legal interpretation of the Terms will be based on the law of Denmark and the Courts of Denmark will have exclusive jurisdiction.
