Aqua (Solvent), Aloe Barbadensis Leaf Juice (Skin moisturiser), Sodium Coco Sulfate (Detergent), Cocami-dopropyl Betaine (Detergent), Propa-nediol (Detergent), Decyl Glucoside (Skin moisturiser), Sodium Chloride (Viscosity stabiliser), Glycerin (Skin moisturiser), Sodium Levulinate (Skin moisturiser), Sodium Anisate (Skin moisturiser), Citric Acid (pH stabiliser), Lactic Acid (pH stabiliser).

For the menstrual cup or disc
Wash your hands and cup/disc using a small amount of the wash and water before insertion and after removal. 

Cleaning a menstrual cup or disc with soap is not necessary but if you’d like to, we recommend that you always use a mild, pH-balanced and perfume-free soap, seeing as regular hand soap can cause discomfort, irritation and infections. 

For your body
Pour a small amount of the wash onto your hands, use on your vulva and rinse. Can also be used as a facial wash and overall body wash.

Disposal
The container: The wash packaging is made from 50% PCR (Post-Consumer Recycled plastic) and 50% Polypropylene plastic. It is fully recyclable.   

Paper and cardboard: All our packaging is made from recycled and/or recyclable paper and cardboard.

Please make sure to dispose of the packaging in the appropriate bin, according to your local recycling regulations.
