The Role:

We’re excited to find a Brand Creative who can weave together captivating stories and visuals that bring our mission to life and make it unforgettable! Reporting directly to the CEO, you’ll be key in shaping the world’s perception and experience of AllMatters. Whether it’s through copywriting or content creation, you’ll be at the core of our storytelling journey, making sure our brand stands out, stays consistent, and connects meaningfully with our audience.

 

Main responsibilities

  • Copywriting: Develop captivating campaign headlines, engaging social media captions, email content, and product descriptions that reflect our tone and mission.
  • Visual storytelling: Work together to produce brand-aligned visuals that effectively convey our message, from social media posts to presentations.
  • Campaign development: Collaborate with the team to generate ideas and implement campaigns that motivate our audience and enhance our brand.
  • Content creation: Design and manage a cohesive content calendar, ensuring each piece contributes to a unified narrative.
  • Brand consistency: Uphold and implement our brand voice and visual identity across all platform channels.

 

The ideal candidate

  • 2–5 years of experience in a creative role, ideally within a brand or agency.
  • A skilled storyteller who knows how to create content that sparks emotion and drives action, whether through words or visuals.
  • A wordsmith at heart, equally at ease crafting witty one-liners or heartfelt brand narratives.
  • Has a solid understanding of design principles and the ability to create or collaborate on visuals that bring ideas to life.
  • Experienced with content creation for platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and others, with a strong sense of what makes content engaging and shareable.
  • Independent, self-motivated, and thrives in collaborative team environments

AllMatters was founded in 2012, as OrganiCup, with an ambition to grow the category of reusable period products. The starting point was to make a simple and sustainable cup brand and make it accessible through a democratic price point and wide distribution. Since then, more than 2 million cups have been sold and the cup is found on the shelves of 7000+ shops worldwide.

The cup taught us that small changes in our daily routines can have a significant impact. In 2021 it was time for a new period as we extended the product range with our take on reusable, water-less personal care products and that is also why we changed our name from OrganiCup to AllMatters. In 2022 we also introduced reusable period underwear to our product range.
