You can choose between a refund, a size exchange, or another product of similar value.
If you bought from a retail partner:
You can choose between a size exchange or another product of similar value.
The Satisfaction Guarantee may only be used once per order, and applies once per product category.
Product categories are: menstrual cup, menstrual disc, and period underwear.
How to make a claim
We give you 90 days to get comfortable with your cup, disc, or period underwear.
