AllMatters Period Underwear is made to feel like your favorite pair: soft, breathable, and reliable. With built-in absorbent protection and a flattering fit, it gives you peace of mind without relying on disposables.

The Overnight High Waist is specially designed for worry-free sleep during your period. An extended absorbent gusset runs from front to back, providing maximum coverage while lying down. It absorbs up to 25 ml of fluid, equivalent to approximately 5 regular tampons, offering reliable protection through the night and on heavier flow days.

Made from ultra-soft, breathable TENCEL™ Lyocell and ethically made in Portugal, it features a smooth, elastic-free waistband for exceptional comfort without the bulk of traditional pads.

Wear + Care Guide

Step 1
Before the first use, we recommend that you wash the underwear to enhance the functionality of the absorbent layer (just like a towel).

Step 2
Use period underwear instead of pads and tampons or as a backup to your menstrual cup or disc for extra protection.

Step 3
After use, rinse in cold water until the water runs clear. Then machine wash cold (30°) or by hand with a mild detergent. Do not use fabric softener or bleach. Hang to dry.

Step 4
Reuse and repeat!

Disposal
Period Underwear: At the end of their lifespan most textiles can be recycled. The collected textiles are sorted and graded as natural, synthetic, and blended fabrics and will be used again.

The packaging: All our packaging is made from recycled and/or recyclable paper and cardboard. Please make sure to dispose of the packaging in the appropriate bin, according to your local recycling regulations.

How does period underwear work?

Our period underwear combines ultra-absorbent materials with leak-proof layers to lock in moisture. It feels just like regular underwear but works hard to keep you protected, no matter your flow. Simply wear, wash, and reuse.

Is period underwear hygienic?

Absolutely. Our period underwear is made from high-quality, antibacterial materials that ensure hygiene and freshness. Plus, they’re OEKO-TEX certified, meaning they meet high safety standards for fabric use, free from harmful substances.

What are PFAS, and are they used in AllMatters period underwear?

PFAS (Per- and polyfluoroalkyl substances) are chemicals sometimes used to make fabrics water-resistant or stain-resistant. At AllMatters, we take your health and the environment seriously, so we do not use PFAS in our period underwear. Instead, we focus on safe, non-toxic materials and rigorous testing to ensure quality and safety.

How long can you wear period underwear?

Period underwear can be worn as long as your flow allows, but for a maximum of 12 hours at a time. Some prefer to use them during the day, while others use them as extra protection along with a menstrual cup or tampon. Generally, it is recommended to use the underwear for 8-12 hours for maximum protection and comfort.

You can also use the underwear at night, for spotting between periods, or for discharge. To ensure that the underwear provides the best protection, you should regularly check if they start to feel wet or if blood is visible at the seams - this is a sign that it is time to change them.
