Made from ultra-soft, breathable TENCEL™ Lyocell and ethically made in Portugal, it features a merino wool inner layer that effectively controls odor, keeping you fresh all day.

Wear + Care Guide

Step 1
Before the first use, we recommend that you wash the underwear to enhance the functionality of the absorbent layer (just like a towel).

Step 2
Use period underwear instead of pads, tampons or cups, or as a backup for extra protection.

Step 3
After use, rinse in cold water until it runs clear. Machine wash cold (30°) or by hand with a mild detergent. Do not use fabric softener or bleach. Hang to dry.

Step 4
Reuse and repeat – during the day and night!

Disposal
Period Underwear: At the end of their lifespan most textiles can be recycled. The collected textiles are sorted and graded as natural, synthetic, and blended fabrics and will be used again.

The packaging: All our packaging is made from recycled and/or recyclable paper and cardboard. Please make sure to dispose of the packaging in the appropriate bin, according to your local recycling regulations.

How does period underwear work?

Our period underwear combines ultra-absorbent materials with leak-proof layers to lock in moisture. It feels just like regular underwear but works hard to keep you protected, no matter your flow. Simply wear, wash, and reuse.

Is period underwear hygienic?

Absolutely. Our period underwear is made from high-quality, antibacterial materials that ensure hygiene and freshness. Plus, they’re OEKO-TEX certified, meaning they meet high safety standards for fabric use, free from harmful substances.

What are PFAS, and are they used in AllMatters period underwear?

PFAS (Per- and polyfluoroalkyl substances) are chemicals sometimes used to make fabrics water-resistant or stain-resistant. At AllMatters, we take your health and the environment seriously, so we do not use PFAS in our period underwear. Instead, we focus on safe, non-toxic materials and rigorous testing to ensure quality and safety.

How long can you wear period underwear?

Period underwear can be worn as long as your flow allows, but for a maximum of 12 hours at a time. Some prefer to use them during the day, while others use them as extra protection along with a menstrual cup or tampon. Generally, it is recommended to use the underwear for 8-12 hours for maximum protection and comfort.

You can also use the underwear at night, for spotting between periods, or for discharge. To ensure that the underwear provides the best protection, you should regularly check if they start to feel wet or if blood is visible at the seams - this is a sign that it is time to change them.

I love these panties! The tencel fabric is so soft and comfy and breathes. The absorbent layer is unnoticeable and so far, no leaks!

I'm not sure the price is the best out there, but compared to the previous brand I used, these are deluxe and worth it to me.

Sharp edges and red marks

The underwear did not work for me at all. The edge on them is very sharp and hard—so sharp that I got red marks that hurt after just an hour. I had to find a bathroom and desperately change into something else. Ouch!

Jeg er desværre nødt til at skifte mange gange de første to dage, så der bruger jeg stadig bind. Men de er fantastiske på dat+g 3-7 hvor det værste er aftaget 🙂

Very comfortable and practical, but needs sizing down.

Been wearing for some months and find them really comfortable and practical, even when flow is more substancial.
However, the size chart reccomends XL for 42-44 and XXL for 44-46, as I wear a 44, ordered the XXL but its big, should have sized down to the XL.

Jeg syntes at trusserne er virkelig behagelige at have på, og elsker selve konceptet med menstruationstrusser. Desværre kan jeg nu konstatere at trusserne ikke kan følge med på de første dage af min menstruation, hvor jeg bløder meget. Jeg er stadig glad for mit køb og vil helt sikkert fortsætte med at bruge dem - især på de sidste dage, hvor jeg ikke bløder så voldsomt.

This is the third underwear from All Metters! And I can say only the best things! Previous ones I have for few years, and still using like new ones. Recently tried my new period underwear (Tencel™ High Waist in Black/ heavy) and I am truly satisfied! I have tried a lot of period underwear and can say that All Metters products are one of the best ones!

Blødte igennem efter 30 minutter

På trods af jeg havde købt heavy trussen blødte jeg igennem på 30 minutter. Måske min anatomi ikke passer godt til menstruationstrusser. I hvert falde blev jeg meget skuffet og har ikke tænkt mig at bruge dem de første dage af min menstruation, da jeg ikke vil risikere at bløde igennem igen på mit arbejde.
Jeg ville ellers ikke betragte min blødning som voldsom.

Det lyder træls at du blødte igennem efter 30 minutter - huskede du at prevaske trusserne? De skal vasked for at aktivere de absorberende lag. Selvom vores heavy trusser er lavet til at kunne klare op til 4 tamponer, kan det muligvis være at dit flow er ekstra kraftigt første dag i løbet af din menstruation. Du kan evt forsøge at bruge en cup som backup. Derudover forventer vi at lancere trusser med endnu højere absorbency i Q4 i år - jeg sender dig meget gerne et par når vi lancerer disse!

My favorite!

Best period underwear!! I love them so much. The size, the touch, the weight, the cut. Even the capacity. I have a high flow, but this underwear can handle it for a lot of hours.
