Punch-Down Fold: Push one side of the rim down towards the base to create a narrow insertion point. The soft cup unfolds to form a light suction seal, keeping it safely in place.

Getting Started with the Menstrual Cup
Choose Your Folding Method
Before inserting, fold your cup. Here are two common folds to try:
• Punch-Down Fold: Push one side of the rim down towards the base to create a narrow insertion point.
• C-Fold (or U-Fold): Press the cup flat and fold it in half to form a ‘C’ or ‘U’ shape.
Try both and see which one works best for you!
Wear For Up to 12 Hours
The cup is great if you have an active lifestyle as it can contain 3 times more than a tampon. So you can swim, run and do yoga without a worry. The material of the cup is flexible, so once it's positioned correctly you won't feel a thing, giving you period protection for up to 12 hours at a time.
Empty + Rinse
During your period, simply rinse your menstrual cup with clean water. It’s not necessary to use soap to clean your cup, but if you prefer using soap, it’s important to use a perfume free and pH-balanced soap such as our intimate wash.
You don't need to sanitize your cup between uses while on your period. However, once your period has finished, you do need to sanitize your cup by placing it in boiling water for 3-5 minutes.
If you don't have access to boiling water you can use On-The-Go OrganiWipes, which are made specifically for sanitizing your cup when you don't have access to boiling water.
Frequently Asked Questions
Everything you need to know about how our menstrual cup works, how to choose your size, how to care for it, and what makes it different.
Which size should I use?
Which size should I use?
The menstrual cup is available in three sizes:
- Size Mini, recommend for those with a light flow and who prefer a smaller size.
- Size A, recommended for those who have not given birth vaginally or if you have given birth by C-section.
- Size B, recommended for those who have given birth vaginally.
While the difference between size A and B is very small, it is very important to use the proper size to prevent leakage. The vagina is 100% unique to the individual and the cup will never be a one size fits all product, so although vaginal birth is most often the deciding factor, other factors like cervix height and activity level can influence which size you will need.

How does it work?
How does it work?
Using a menstrual cup is simple! You fold the cup, insert it into your vagina, and it naturally unfolds to form a gentle seal. This seal prevents leaks while collecting menstrual fluid. Depending on your flow, you can wear it for up to 12 hours before emptying and rinsing it for reuse.
Is it hard to use a menstrual cup?
Is it hard to use a menstrual cup?
It’s completely normal to feel uncertain when trying something new, but most people are surprised by how easy it is. With a little practice, using a menstrual cup becomes second nature, and the freedom and comfort it provides will make you wonder why you didn’t switch sooner.
How do I know if it's inserted correctly?
How do I know if it's inserted correctly?
You’ll know it’s positioned correctly if it feels comfortable and doesn’t cause leaks. The key is to ensure the cup fully opens after insertion. Don’t worry — once in place, you shouldn’t feel it at all!
