Slow mornings, nurturing meals, time to recharge- whatever it’s a few deeper breaths or journaling, movement on the mat, a dip in the waves. In general, listening to my body and its signals is incredibly important to me—my cycle journaling has become an incredible and invaluable part of my routine because it forces me to spend 2 minutes checking in with myself.
