We use Klaviyo to manage our email marketing. If you have subscribed to marketing communications, you can unsubscribe at any time using the link at the bottom of our emails.
We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how our website is used. We also use services from Meta, Google, TikTok and Pinterest for advertising, measurement and related marketing activities. We may use information about your interactions with our website, purchases and marketing communications to create audiences and make advertising more relevant to you.
These services may process information such as online identifiers, device information, website activity and interactions with our advertising. Where required, we only use non-essential cookies and similar technologies based on your consent. You can change or withdraw your consent at any time through our cookie settings.

4. Who we share your data with
We do not sell your personal data.
We share personal data with service providers where necessary to operate our website, fulfil orders and provide our services. These include:
- Shopify – ecommerce platform and Shopify Payments;
- PayPal and QuickPay – payment processing;
- ShipMonk – fulfilment and logistics;
- Webshipper – fulfilment;
- DHL and other delivery carriers – delivery of orders;
- Klaviyo – email marketing;
- Help Scout – customer support;
- Google – analytics and advertising;
- Meta, TikTok and Pinterest – advertising and measurement;
- Typeform – product quizzes and forms;
- Judge.me – customer reviews.
We may also share personal data with professional advisers, authorities or other parties where required by law or necessary to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.
5. International transfers
Some of our service providers operate outside the European Economic Area (EEA), which means your personal data may be transferred or processed internationally.
Where personal data is transferred outside the EEA, we use an appropriate legal mechanism as required by GDPR. Depending on the recipient, this may include an adequacy decision, the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework or European Commission-approved Standard Contractual Clauses.

6. How long we keep your data
We keep personal data only for as long as necessary for the purpose for which it was collected and to meet applicable legal requirements.
For example:
- Order and accounting information is retained for the period required by applicable accounting, tax and bookkeeping laws. In Denmark, this will generally be 5 years from the end of the financial year to which the records relate.
- Marketing information is generally retained while you remain subscribed. We may retain limited information about an unsubscribe request to ensure we continue to respect it.
- Customer service information in Helpscout is retained for an appropriate period after your enquiry has been resolved, currently 6 months.
- Cookie and analytics information is retained according to the relevant technology and settings described in our Cookie Policy.
- Logistics partners have their own protocols, with ShipMonk set to anonymise data after 90 days and Webshipper after 6 months.
When information is no longer required, we delete or anonymise it.
7. Your rights
Under GDPR, you have a number of rights in relation to your personal data. Depending on the circumstances, these include the right to:
- access the personal data we hold about you;
- correct inaccurate or incomplete information;
- request deletion of your personal data;
- restrict certain processing;
- receive certain personal data in a portable format;
- object to processing based on legitimate interests;
- object to direct marketing at any time; and
- withdraw consent where our processing is based on consent.
These rights are subject to certain conditions and exceptions under applicable law.
