Use period underwear instead of pads, tampons or cups, or as a backup for extra protection.
After use, rinse in cold water until it runs clear. Machine wash cold (30°) or by hand with a mild detergent. Hang to dry.
Reuse and repeat – during the day and night!

I expected that it should be a special material that absorbs, but it is not so. using these panties during the day is not possible because of the sound they make. I can only recommend it for use at night
I had high hopes for the underwear as usually, pads cause skin irritation for me as they sit close to the skin and are not very breathable. The period underwear works great for periods and is very breathable so I would definitely advise period underwear for anyone with the same problem. But the elastic lining of this particular underwear chafes my skin raw so I would not advise this one.
I switched to this underwear and I love not having to use pads anymore. Zero leaks, every day. To improve: the lateral elastics are maybe a bit too harsh on the skin, but it’s perfectly bearable.
These underwear are a nice backup along with the cup. Prevents from leaks and make you really comfortable all day. Really good customer care.
As long as your flow allows. Some can wear it for a full day, while others use it as a backup for a cup or tampon. We generally recommend you use them for 8-12 hours. They can also be used overnight and for spotting or discharge. The underwear itself lasts for years.
We recommend that you have 3-4 pairs so you can change into a new pair after wearing them for 8-12 hours. Wash and dry the used ones before reusing.
You can tell by looking at the seams of the gusset. If you see blood at the seams or if the underwear feels wet, this is an indication that you should change them soon. As you start using them, you'll quickly get a sense of your flow and how long you can be leak-free for.
The AllMatters period underwear can hold the equivalent of 1-2 regular tampons worth of blood (10ml).
Yes. The inner layer (made partly from merino wool) is naturally antibacterial and anti-odour. After use, you rinse out the absorbed blood in cold water and then hand wash cold with a mild detergent or machine wash cold (30°). Afte hanging to dry, they're ready to be used again.
