The AllMatters period underwear is your reusable, comfortable, and leak-free period solution. It feels like regular underwear but has built-in layers that serve different purposes – from absorbing your flow to keeping you dry and odour-free and avoiding stains on your clothes.
  • Breathable and comfortable
  • Designed to last, use again and again
  • Made from sustainable materials, TENCEL™ and VEOCEL™
  • Can hold 1-2 tampons worth of flow
  • A leak-free period solution, day and night
  • Doesn’t contain PFAS or harmful substances

Before the first use, we recommend that you wash the underwear to enhance the functionality of the absorbent layer (just like a towel).

Step 1
Use period underwear instead of pads, tampons or cups, or as a backup for extra protection.

Step 2
After use, rinse in cold water until it runs clear. Machine wash cold (30°) or by hand with a mild detergent. Do not use fabric softener or bleach. Hang to dry.

Step 3
Reuse and repeat – during the day and night!

Designed in Denmark. Made in Sri Lanka.

How long can I wear the AllMatters period underwear for?
As long as your flow allows. Some can wear it for a full day, while others use it as a backup for a cup or tampon. We generally recommend you use them for 8-12 hours. They can also be used overnight and for spotting or discharge. The underwear itself lasts for years.

How many pairs do I need?
We recommend that you have 3-4 pairs so you can change into a new pair after wearing them for 8-12 hours. Wash and dry the used ones before reusing.

How will I know they are full?
You can tell by looking at the seams of the gusset. If you see blood at the seams or if the underwear feels wet, this is an indication that you should change them soon. As you start using them, you'll quickly get a sense of your flow and how long you can be leak-free for.

How much blood can it hold?
The equivalent of 1-2 regular tampons worth of blood (10ml).

Is it hygienic?
Yes. The inner layer (made partly from merino wool) is naturally antibacterial and anti-odour. After use, you rinse out the absorbed blood in cold water and then hand wash cold with a mild detergent or machine wash cold (30°). Afte hanging to dry, they're ready to be used again.

Real bad product

First off who designed these? Has anyone ever tried underwear on their period? I bought mine because I thought they would be great. I decided to try them at home the second day of my period. What a mishap was that. The fabric is very itchy and uncomfortable, I got an allergic reaction to it. They're definitely not leak proof! After 5h of using them I noticed the in between of my legs was full with blood. They don't feel fresh or comfortable after a long period of time. I literally had to toss them. All in all waste of money

Hi there! We're sorry to hear it. We chose a material, TENCEL, specifically for it's softness so that it's unfortunate you didn't find them comfortable. How long you can use the underwear for depends on your flow. Our period underwear can contain the same as up to 2 tampons so if you have a heavier flow, you may not be able to use them without another product such as a cup.

Never thought I would be using period underwear, but now I can’t imaging using anything else. Feels almost just like any other underwear. They are very absorbing and easy to rinse.

I didn’t knew how much I needed your period underwear until I used it. It’s amazing: it lasts almost a day without leaking, it’s super comfortable and I completely forget that I’m on my period. As someone who tried before other brands, I can say the All that matter underwear is definitely the best one.

I’m looking forward to buy at least 3 more!

Thank you for making me feel good during my period again :)

Not recommend to use during the day

I expected that it should be a special material that absorbs, but it is not so. using these panties during the day is not possible because of the sound they make. I can only recommend it for use at night
