How long can I wear the AllMatters period underwear for?
As long as your flow allows. Some can wear it for a full day, while others use it as a backup for a cup or tampon. We generally recommend you use them for 8-12 hours. They can also be used overnight and for spotting or discharge. The underwear itself lasts for years.

How many pairs do I need?
We recommend that you have 3-4 pairs so you can change into a new pair after wearing them for 8-12 hours. Wash and dry the used ones before reusing.

How will I know they are full?
You can tell by looking at the seams of the gusset. If you see blood at the seams or if the underwear feels wet, this is an indication that you should change them soon. As you start using them, you'll quickly get a sense of your flow and how long you can be leak-free for.

How much blood can it hold?
We provide underwear in two levels of absorbency: Light/moderate and Moderate/heavy. The Light/moderate absorbency option can hold the equivalent of 1-2 tampons worth of fluid (approximately 10ml), while the Moderate/heavy absorbency option can hold 3-4 tampons worth. Choose the level that best suits your needs.

    Is it hygienic?
Yes. The inner layer (made partly from merino wool) is naturally antibacterial and anti-odour. After use, you rinse out the absorbed blood in cold water and then hand wash cold with a mild detergent or machine wash cold (30°). After hanging to dry, they're ready to be used again.

Breathable, stretchy, good quality, easy to wash and is simply just right. Don’t know how well works for heavy periods but with this pair being for light/moderate really is good. I suggest to try them for yourself, especially if you’re not a menstrual cup person.

    I don't know what happened

I´ve been using the other version, medium abservence, for years and it has never licked. My period is never too heavy to justify buying the moderate/heavy ones. I wore them for 1h tops and it licked through my sweat pants to my office chair! I was shocked. The only reason I don't give this ones 1* is because they're just as confortable as the other ones. Now I'll have trust issues using them. I don't know if it was a one time thing or if they're in fact defected.

Honestamente sinto-me enganada.
