We did the maths and guess what: a medium-sized university (10,000 students) uses as much as2.9 million disposable period products per year.The AllMatters menstrual cup, however, is reusable for years and has a minimal impact on the environment.

That is why, we want to make sure menstrual cups are at every student’s disposal.

Can I use it in a public bathroom?
You can bring bottled water with you or use a sanitising wipe. If you don’t have either, just use toilet paper and rinse when you’re back home.
Can I do sports with it?
You definitely can! The cup is fantastic if you have an active lifestyle as the cup can contain more than 3 times as much as a super tampon! So you can swim, run, do yoga, scuba dive without a worry. The soft material of the cup is flexible, so once it’s positioned correctly you won’t feel a thing, giving you comfortable and leak-free period protection for up to 12 hours at a time.
For how long can I keep it in?
You can use the cup for up to 12 hours depending on your flow. In the beginning, we recommend that you empty it more frequently while you are getting to know your cup and flow. The AllMatters cup can contain 3 times as much as a super tampon so usually it can be worn for long periods of time.
