Disposal
The menstrual cup: In many cities, if you bin your old cup, it’ll be burned to create energy. If you’d rather not throw your cup in the bin, you can also burn it yourself in a controlled environment. Silicone is basically sand (quartz) and will only produce a tiny bit of CO2 due to the small quantity of silicone used in each cup.

The cotton bag: You can drop off your cotton bag at your local recycling facility along with other textiles. In many cities, if you bin your cotton bag, it’ll be burned to create energy.

The packaging: All our packaging is made from recycled and/or recyclable paper and cardboard.  Please make sure to dispose of the packaging in the appropriate bin, according to your local recycling regulations.

Life changing!

I started using menstrual cup 3 years ago. I was never a big fan of tampons so I was rather sceptic about this. The learning curve can be challenging, but stay persistent and stubborn and I absolutely assure you that it will pay off once you get a hang of it. When you become comfortable with using it, menstrual cup is the best menstrual product ever! I would even say it's one of the best things invented in the world, and AllMatters/Organic cup is the best version I tried. I am so happy and grateful I decided to take up this journey, I am buying cups as a gift for my friends and I would recommend it to anyone! It's like being on your period but without being on your period, you literally forget about it once the cup is inserted.
Give it a try and you won't regret it!

Super

Was reticent at first, but after using it during 1 cycle I’m not going back to pads.
I felt so free during those 4-5 days, even during the heavy flow. I managed to get the hang of it pretty quickly and there were no accidents. I’m a swimmer and went twice during my cycle, no problem there. Also went to the beach! Freedom!!
Tampons just absorb water, not this little fella.
No more rash due to pads
No more stressing to change tampons or checking bcs of the flow (everyone knows tampons don’t really absorb menstruation)
The Cup is great!
It takes some getting used to insert it and maybe one method works and other doesn’t. Just gotta try them and feel whichever is best. That’s it. Cleaning is pretty easy too.
Overall I recommend this cup.
You don’t really feel it while wearing its great.

Love it!

I'm a long time customer, I bought my first ones when they were sold under the name OrganiCup. They listed me a long time and they're so comfortable the only problem I have is I need not to forget I'm wearing them! Maybe it's my imagination, but I find the new ones somewhat softer and easier to wear.

Not for me personally

I had read and heard great reviews about it so I decided to try it myself. First month was terrible, inserting was very painful eventhough I tried different approaches, used lube and searched for instructions online. It got to the point of my entrance hurting even few days after my period ended. Taking it out was another matter altogether.... Couldn´t break the suction properly usually so it was painful. I started with "mini" cup and then switched to "A" when mini leaked after I crouched down. I gave it one more chance the second month but it was still too painful to insert it and take it out so I gave up.
My friends however love the cup, I spoke to several of them and it their go-to method. Not for me though.

No silly questions

We usually suggest bringing some bottled water with you or using a disinfecting wipe such as an OrganiWipe in a public bathroom. If you don’t have either, you can simply wipe it clean with toilet paper and clean it once you have access to a sink, at home for instance. But because it holds more than 3 super tampons, most people only have to empty it in the morning and in the evening, in the comfort of their own home.

When inserted correctly, the cup shouldn't leak if it’s not completely full (and presuming you have the right size). The key to a leak free period is to make sure the suction seal is created and that the cup is completely unfolded inside you. After inserting, you should pinch the bottom of the cup (or insert your index finger alongside the cup) and slighlty rotate it until it unfolds without any dents around and until it doesn't move downwards when pulling the stem. This is how you know the suction seal is in place. For more tips & tricks check out our guide 'How to Use a Menstrual Cup' here.

The material of the cup is tested to last for years. The majority of our customers choose to replace it after 2-3 years, but if there's no visible damage to it you can keep using it. We recommend that you replace it if the material starts getting sticky or cracks. Learn more.
